Relax in garden

Townhouse No. 1 is a typical urban semi-detached building located in a tourist-favorite development with three swimming pools, a playground, tennis court, and a gym.

The connecting bedrooms on the first floor feature a double bed (on the first floor) and two double beds (on the second floor). The larger bedroom has access to a balcony. There's also a bathroom with a bathtub on the first floor, and a washing machine in the hallway. The ground floor offers guests a large living room connected to the dining area and kitchen. A corner sofa bed can be used as a sleeping area for two people. The kitchen is fully equipped and provides guests with everything they need. The living room opens to a terrace with a garden area, furnished with lounge chairs and a lounge set. Part of the terrace can be shaded by opening an awning. Guests will also find a built-in barbecue and a cooking and washing area in the garden.

Townhouse 1 is directly adjacent to our second property, Townhouse 2, which has a swimming pool. It's a great solution for large families or groups of friends. A high fence ensures privacy, and the walkway between the garden and the pool is lockable.

Guests have access to a range of amenities: bath and pool/beach towels, a washing machine, dryer, and iron. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, and dishwasher.
