Amazing sea and sunrise views can be enjoyed not only from the balcony and two bedrooms, but also from the rooftop terrace. Located in Protaras, the villa is just 350 meters from the sea and the seaside promenade. It consists of three bedrooms: the master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a double bed, and access to the balcony. The balcony is shared with a second bedroom with a double bed. The third bedroom has two single beds. The upstairs hall features a bathroom with a shower, a washing machine, and a clothes dryer. Stairs from the hall lead to the rooftop, where a large terrace is located. The terrace is shaded by an automatic, illuminated blind. In addition to a large sofa, tables, and two rocking chairs, the terrace also features a buffet with a sink. A toilet is located near the rooftop entrance.

The ground floor features a large, fully equipped kitchen, connected to the living room. The ground floor is very spacious thanks to its open-plan space and is beautifully lit by the large balcony windows. There is a powder room on the ground floor. The living room has a sofa bed that can accommodate two people.

The living room opens directly onto the terrace through the large balcony windows, where you can enjoy meals at a table that seats eight.

Lounge furniture: three large daybeds, umbrellas, and tables provide relaxation by the pool (water can be heated). There is also a shower in the garden.

An additional attraction within the villa is a brick bar with a BBQ.

In the villa, our guests will find everything they need: a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, toaster, juicer), hairdryers, iron, washing machine, and dryer. Household and beach towels are also provided.
