This one-bedroom apartment is located in a well-maintained holiday complex, located just 500 meters from Cyprus' most famous beach, Nissi Beach. It is also quite close to the city center, just a 1500-meter walk across a street full of shops and restaurants. All amenities are reserved for guests only, including a swimming pool.
The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette and a large sofa bed, and access to a terrace overlooking the pool and the greenery of the complex. The hall leads to a spacious bathroom with a bathtub. The bedroom has a large double bed and access to the terrace.
Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning. On the balcony, you can relax using the lounge suite and tables while gazing at the palm trees.
